Support ECU Integrated Coastal Programs and the Coastal Studies Institute on March 17, 2021, during our annual “Pirate Nation Gives” fundraising event.

ECU’s Day of Giving, known as Pirate Nation Gives, is a 24-hour online fundraising event that brings the ECU community together to engage with and give back to the university. Alumni, faculty, staff, students, and friends are encouraged to donate to the college, fund, or program of their choice. This is the fifth year of Pirate Nation Gives. The date of this year’s day of giving is Wednesday, March 17, 2021.

Your generous gift will support Coastal Studies Scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students focused on coastal and marine sciences on our ECU Outer Banks Campus. In addition, your donation could support a variety of academic and research programs of ECU and CSI.

Led by East Carolina University (ECU), The Coastal Studies Institute is a multi-institutional research and educational partnership of the UNC System including North Carolina State University, UNC-Chapel Hill, UNC Wilmington, and Elizabeth City State University.
